Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. Holtzman just finished a second bedroom remodeled for a Make A Wish kid, not only did they do a beautiful top-quality work, but they also donated all of the parts and labor, all of their staff and crew put their hearts and souls on this project. Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Our Installers were on time, laid out all protective drops for floors and bathroom fixtures. Tommy and Duncan took us through all the steps of the install, finished in a timely manner, workmanship was top notch. I am a much larger guy, Tommy made sure that all wall anchors were set well and did an exceptional job on the seat. This bathroom will help with my limited knee mobility, and is such a great addition to our home.Brett and Cynthia S

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
