We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

We had our bathrooms remodeled. Floyd and Cameron were are installers. Very nice people and always on time. Cleaned up every day. Very happy with the results.

The remodel team was great with communication!! It started with introductions. We received information on who will be working with us on the project along timelines. Macio was the remodel specialist. He was extremely professional and respectful. He would communicate daily verbally and with daily photos of the project. He would ask us if we have any questions or concerns. We recently remodeled our primary bathroom, kitchen, and replaced most of the flooring throughout the house. We had a wonderful experience from the initial meeting through the remodel itself. The design process was easy and painless and our budget was considered, always. The organization of our project was great, we knew what was happening when and were always able to reach someone with questions. There were daily updates with photos and status updates on the website. Although we were living in the space and could see the progress personally, descriptions of items completed was an added bonus for us as reno novices. All the trades were professional, hard working and respectful of our house. Although we tried to stay out of their way, they were accommodating and friendly. We were very happy with the result and would definitely work with Hochuli Design and Remodel Team again. Highly recommend!!

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Hired Granite Transformations to update my kitchen with new countertops. They did a great job, on time, cleaned up their work, and a beautiful job...If you are updating your kitchen I highly recommend them to do the job.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!
