Just getting started with the process. Greg and I did a zoom call, which he started on time .. so much info in his presentation, but it certainly sold me on why SunPower would be a great company to work with. I received an email from the person who will be my contact through the process all ready, and this morning Greg emailed me wondering if I had some questions. I certainly did, and he answered them.

Watt Masters recently performed a critical new generator install and move of existing generator at the same time for me for the same client (Local Fire Department), as usual, they adhered to the design/construction and installed and moved generator(s) flawlessly, and ahead of schedule. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them for any job.

We have a rooftop photovoltaic system that was installed about three years ago. Yesterday I noticed a FAULT on the Inverter and system production at zero. Unfortunately, our installer has apparently gone out of business so I called Solar Fix LLC. Mike had me send him photos of the error code and Inverter spec plate. He researched the error code and put me in touch with the manufacturer of the Inverter, who promptly corrected the problems remotely and we are back up and running. I now have my resource for future problems, and highly recommend Solar Fix to anyone, especially those who may also be a victim of the out of business installer. Thank you so much, Mike, for your help in getting our system operational in such a short time.

Micah Izquierdo did a good job keeping me informed during the process and answered any questions or concerns I had. Whenever there was an obstacle it was explained and accounted for.

Austin was also very cordial and professional. He inspected my roof post installation and made sure everything looked good post installation and went through how to utilize the app to monitor the solar production and usage.

I am very happy with the performance of my panels. They have saved me money and I no longer wince every time an AC comes on! Tesla Solar did a wonderful job putting them up, they were professional throughout all steps in getting this done easily thanks to their expertise-I highly recommend you give them call if your considering installing solar technology at home or business

My husband and I began looking last fall. We investigated the top solar panel installation companies and examined their reviews. Additionally, we looked at various blogs about how solar panels work, how they help save money, how solar energy benefits the environment and the economy, and various other topics. At the end, we identified four different solar companies, one of which was Blaze Energy. My husband and I then did even more research and educated ourselves on details like the projected output from a system, the best solar panels currently available, the normal project duration, and the anticipated output when the project was finished. Afterward, we were prepared to dial our selected businesses.

They were somewhat different from one another. With the exception of the fourth, I had never heard of either of them (including Blaze Energy). The prices we received were generally reasonable. I had a conversation with Blaze Energy representative. He met with us at our home. He was meticulous and professional right away. We informed him that we were considering alternative companies. The reviews of Blaze Energy and the fact that the good quality of their solar panels were referenced favorably in many of them immediately pleased me. He stayed in touch with us as we conducted our months-long investigation. I informed him of the other candidates. Because one other company claimed 100% production, my husband was pushing for it. We were awestruck. However, their reviews revealed much. I became weary because of the mentioned lack of personal interaction and service. After many back and forth conversations, we finally decided on Blaze Energy, dialed our representative, and things started to move.

After finishing the site examination, Blaze Energy determined that the output would roughly be 62%. This was the best output figure anyone could offer. We decided to get a new roof to support the panels. For a smooth project, Blaze Energy handled our permits and worked with the roofer. There were two installation days. One for the roof, then the panels. Two weeks after the roof was installed, the solar panels came next. There were zero issues with both projects.

The Blaze Energy installation personnel were cordial and attentive. 25 gorgeous panels were installed. After the installation, Blaze Energy spent the time to provide a follow-up session to ensure that all queries were addressed. They saw to it that we downloaded an app that keeps tabs on our daily output. It has become my husband's obsession. And certainly, we were taken aback by our output figures.

We couldn't have been happier with Blaze Energy, and that's putting it mildly. They were outstanding in all respects. Definitely recommend them for solar panel installation in Phoenix.

Worst solar company out there. Took forever to get installed and they didn't put in any bird blocks. I know for a fact solar city would have. I have called to ask about this 5 times and they never call back. Terrible company. I warn all my customers to never use them.

They went so far above and beyond to help me over the phone -and did it purely to help. He didn’t even charge me! Thank the Lord for people and businesses like this that are still willing to help people!

Did excellent work came when he said he was going to come checked in and told me when they were done will use them again

Valley Solar Energy installed my office new solar panels in a very timely manner and kept me informed of what was going to happen next. I would highly recommend this company for solar panel installation.

The purchase and installation went very well. The product works as promised. The issue is the after sales responsiveness. I called multiple times to have them remove and then reinstall the solar panels because of a roof replacement. My many calls were never returned. I had to find another solar company to do the removal and re-install.... VERY POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT!

My husband works here and let me tell you he has worked for alot of solar companies and this company is not only the most honest of them all but they actually care about their Customers and their work. They make sure that not only will you not have any problems but they also make sure that the solar on your house will look nice and clean and sleek. This is the place to go for solar for sure!!

Greg was very responsive to questions and has been good to work with. The process has gone smoothly. The only minor comment is that after Greg, and once Tia introduced herself as project manager, we received communications from several other people. Would suggest that comm be focused through the PM.
