John, the owner, and his two co-workers did a job for us last week. He's local and been in business here in the valley for a long time (over 20 years, I think). We chose him after getting other estimates (that were way overpriced) from a few other companies. we are SO glad we found him. he's down to earth, honest and takes pride in his work. They finished the job ahead of time and for a fair and reasonable price. It's just great to know that there are people that still take pride in their work and aren't just out to get what they can from you.

I am very happy with the performance of my panels. They have saved me money and I no longer wince every time an AC comes on! Tesla Solar did a wonderful job putting them up, they were professional throughout all steps in getting this done easily thanks to their expertise-I highly recommend you give them call if your considering installing solar technology at home or business

This company was hired to install wildlife netting around my solar panels. The tech was on time, wearing a mask, answered all my questions with regard to the installation and an existing pigeon nest. He got started and finished in the time he said it would take. He was thorough as near as I can tell. He brought the nest down that had a baby and an I hatched egg. He was going to try to relocate the nest nearby so hopefully the adult pigeons could find their nest. He was polite and actually seemed to care about the nest. I would recommend this company. He did not give me any paperwork but my solar salesman paid for this service for me.

On August 5, American Solar tech came to my home to repair software as I recently changed router. He fixed one system but never connected the Sunny Portal system. I have called their service department multiple times but never received a call back. I have e mailed them; left more voice mails, but not a single call back from American Solar. I paid $350 for this service call and feel robbed. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The extent of their incompetence is a warning to anyone considering their service.

In 2020, we were considering installing a solar system not just for the sake of saving money, but to also contribute to the economy recovery due to impacts of COVID-19 and help do our part for the environment. A good friend and neighbor, who recently installed a solar system from SunUP America, referred us to the company...

We contacted SunUP America and discussed our needs and goals. Stephanie Brown, General Manager, presented us with a step-by-step plan on how the process will work from preliminary discussions, permitting with Trico Electric Co-Op, coordination with our HOA, installation timeline, approvals, startup and commissioning, and monitoring and management of the system itself

My dealings were excellent, staff was polite, work crews kept home site clean, project manager (Marcus Lewis) was responsive and have addressed all of my questions. The startup and commissioning gentleman (Fred Richie) I am dealing with is very knowledgeable. My wife and I are planning on building a home next year and considering the installation of a new solar system from SunUP. We have zero complaints, certainly highly recommend them, and yes we're already saving $. Thank you!

My experience with Skyhigh was horrible. They never answer their phones at the office. Nor do they return any of their calls. It has been 8 months and the solar panels are still not completed,. Keep calling them and all they do is make up stories. If you want solar I suggest not to go with Skyhigh. I t will be a nightmare com true. If you touch them you will get burned!

These are the hardest people to work with. Customer service is just not there. Every time I called or sent and email they acted like it was a big inconvenience to talk to you. They only accept cash or wire transfer. I ordered 30 degree tilt and received 60 degree.

Very upset - I had my roof replaced 2/24 but prior to having it replaced I tried to get on a schedule for the reinstall they said they couldnt schedule reinstall of solar panels till work complete. Well tomorrow will be 6 weeks since my new roof (been trying weekly) ... I finially got thru to someone today and they gave me reinstall date of 5/16 litterally another 6 weeks of waiting - My HOA will probably fine me for the panels being in my front yard that long. I may end up needing to seek legal council on my options this is just ridiculas!!! This is one of several problems I can go on and on about them trying to scam me out of a few thousand dollars

My solar system was activated about 3 weeks ago it does not seem to be working. I have left messages with Empire for about a week to get some help.

Terrible company!!! They will not own up to their failures! Buyer beware!
