I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. Anthony's plumbing has been amazing with handling every issue I've had. I have an older home so you can imagine I've had to call quite a bit. Eric has been our dedicated plumber and he's been amazing. Eric has always been very honest as to what truly needs to be replaced or what can just be repaired. Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Albert and Joel were a blessing to work with in a very stressful time and their crew are amazing. We had an emergency major repair and both Albert and Joel consistently checked in on the progress their crew was making and gave me up to date progress reports on how things were going and explanations when they needed to try something a different way. I also very much appreciated that they offer a Veteran discount. Will use again for all plumbing needs :)

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs. This company is out to make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing.

My service man was Rick. He arrived met with me and went got busy after explaining exactly what he is going to do and the cost. Pumped our tank and dry well. Took the time necessary to make sure it was clean. After he was done and cleaned up you can't tell he was ever here. Could not have had a better person. Great job Rick. Thank you. Thank you reddi. I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They have been twice in 2 months, for neighbors issues. We own our home and the access pipe is in our property. Instead of taking hoses directly to the pipe, they trample everything in the yard. They used our hose and water after being told not to as it's not our issue. They also left the water on for 3 hours until we returned home. They poured acid all over our yard knowing that's not safe and there are children here. They also claimed to park that they pumped entire tank 2 months ago and it somehow was full now. Septic has never been pumped that often. They obviously cheat customers as well. When complaints to manager have been filed they said they will do as they please whenever they want. Sorry but no they cannot. They need to read t by the laws pertaining to access to properties. Vandalizing and theft are not allowed to business owners. Do not use this company!

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

Rick and his crew at Casa Grande Septic have always went above and beyond. The knowledge and hard work make them the best in the state and will make your experience easy and painless. The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. You'll be hard pressed to find a better pumper!!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Charged us $1,900 for a simple jet wash that we later learned should have cost between $300 and $500. Caveat emptor and all that, sure, but also, how about not being shady and taking advantage of people? And that's exactly what they do—people with plumbing emergencies have to act quickly, and they're banking on getting to you first and telling you whatever you need to hear to close your business. The business model is to send a driver to your house who is not authorized to do anything but call a supervisor. The supervisor comes out and up-sells you services, and then up-charges you for them. The driver doesn't get paid unless they sell you services. I know, because a driver told me so and, from talking to him, I suspect that he is also being taken advantage of by this company. We used them a couple times actually. Every time, the new guys tell us the old guys don't work there anymore. This would be a great story for local investigative news.*** Update: The number they posted below never answers.

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
