I highly recommend Anthony's plumbing, last year on the Wednesday before at Thanksgiving, in the late night hours, my shower knob broke off leaking uncontrollably. Meaning we had to shut down all water supply. Stressed out... I was worried about who was going to fix it on Thanksgiving Day. Anthony's plumbing came highly recommended from a friend. I was initially told they were booked all day, but they would make every attempt to get someone out to me as soon as possible. Brandon arrived at our house just in time to fix the knob, so we could turn on water again. Thank You Anthony's plumbing for giving us yet another memorable Thanksgiving with the family.

I needed the faucet repaired due to corrosion prior to the installation of my new washer and dryer. Customer service was great from the first call, scheduling, and notification of the arrival of the technicians. Pepe and Juan were very professional, answered my questions, followed COVID guidelines, and went above and beyond my expectation.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Charged us $1,900 for a simple jet wash that we later learned should have cost between $300 and $500. Caveat emptor and all that, sure, but also, how about not being shady and taking advantage of people? And that's exactly what they do—people with plumbing emergencies have to act quickly, and they're banking on getting to you first and telling you whatever you need to hear to close your business. The business model is to send a driver to your house who is not authorized to do anything but call a supervisor. The supervisor comes out and up-sells you services, and then up-charges you for them. The driver doesn't get paid unless they sell you services. I know, because a driver told me so and, from talking to him, I suspect that he is also being taken advantage of by this company. We used them a couple times actually. Every time, the new guys tell us the old guys don't work there anymore. This would be a great story for local investigative news.*** Update: The number they posted below never answers.

They are amazing!!! My time for them to be here was pushed back but they were very apologetic and super nice about everything. When andrew showed up he was extremely friendly and funny. He gave me my quote and said he could repair that min!! His work was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them!!! I would give 10 stars if I could... oh the the quote was reasonable!!!

I hired BumbleBee Plumping to install a backflow preventer to our front water line. Once Bill Messenger, the repairman was here, I decided to rework the entire front water line and install a new shutoff valve. Bill was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. What I appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what materials he would be using and why. His work was exceptional, he ensured that they system worked with no leaks and he left the area as he found it. I would love to have him back to work on our back faucet. I would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumping.

Great service all around! Easy booking, fast arrival, polite and efficient service technician (Devon). I called them this morning shortly after 9am after being stood up by another company last night (who said they were on their way and then never showed or called - they called me back at 7 this morning...uh, no thanks!). As it turns out that was a good thing for not only me (because I got great service), but also for Mr. Rooter as...I work in the home services industry and get a few calls a week regarding plumbing work which we don't offer. I will be referring all of those people to Mr. Rooter after my great experience with them. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and Devon was great, really went the extra-mile. I've been in the contracting business for thirty years and was a plumber for the first ten of those years so I know a well trained technician who's happy to work for his company when I see one. I typically rent a rooter machine and do it myself when the need arises but didn't have the time this go around. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to do it for myself again but now I think I'll just call them instead! Great job Devon and the Mr Rooter team!
