After calling I was given an immediate time and quote to inspect our project. A text message came with a photo of the plumbing tech, his background and his certification and rating ( out of 5). I received another call telling me when the tech would arrive. He was timely. All options for my job were explained. The plumbing tech was respectful and since it was very rainy day he wore protective booties for the flooring.

It sucks having to call a plumber!!! Most of the time you, never know how much it’s gonna cost before they arrive. But with Armando he carefully explained prices over the phone and situation where the prices would change. This is a very rare occurrence in the plumbing industry. It’s a huge value to customers. Armando arrived on time, actually earlier than quoted, but of course they called me ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Quality work that they clearly take pride in. Just look how amazing clean their trucks and their uniforms are! Thanks for your help! I have found a plumber for life.

Reddi was on the ready for a plumbing emergency that forced us to shut off our home's main water supply for a few hours. The company dispatched Service Specialist Frank M. who quickly replaced two defective parts on a leaking toilet tank and offered some valuable maintenance advice. Frank was very friendly and conscientious about the service he provided and made sure everything was in good working order before his departure. Great to work with people who take pride in their work. Thank you Frank and thank you Reddi.

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

If there is such a thing as Karma, Raul--with Rooter Ranger--will be leading a charmed life. Suddenly we were without hot water. Raul helped us find out if our warranty was still good (which it was) and then made three visits, including a Saturday, to locate the elusive problem. He was able to locate the problem as an electrical one. Because it was not a plumbing problem, he said it was no charge! You heard right--no charge. You can bet that we will be taking all our future plumbing problems to him and recommending him to all our friends. Thank you, Raul for your honesty and expertise!!!!

We called this company because our septic was backing up. They came out and told us it was our main line and quoted us $7800 to fix. i thought it was too expensive so i called 3 other companies. All 3 of the other companies said the problem was elsewhere in our septic leach field box and the price to fix was $5000 cheaper. If we would have gone with this company we would have paid $7800 and the problem would not even be fixed. I do not recommend if you have septic problems.

We had Bumble Bee perform some services for us a few months ago and also purchased some new equipment. We called them back out again to repair two other items this week and Lupe was our technician. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. I had some rust on a tub which I thought was related to pipes but Dave came out and said it wasn't the pipes but it was related to the bathtub rusting. He offered what type of company can fix the rust but he also he also offered some suggestions to DYI on the cheap too. I wouldn't have known otherwise and it's really refreshing to work with a company that's trustworthy. They even came out without a service charge. This company is on my virtual roladex when I have a true plumbing issue.
