I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came out immediately. We appreciated everything they did to help us. They were thorough and put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. Our pipe was broken and needed extensive repairs. They did all of this for free since we could not afford the cost of pipe replacement. I would highly recommend them.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I was with a company for DECADES because it was my families old company, kind of like car insurance. Well, called the old company up and they straight up turned me down as they wanted to concentrate on their commercial customers. I was shocked. I immediately hung up the phone and found Cooper's. We scheduled our small steel grease trap to be replaced by Rooter Ranger after using them to repair a sewer line break a few months ago. Fortunately when our scheduled 8am guy called out they sent us Roger around 1030am to get started. Roger did an excellent job jackhammering our concrete floor and digging out our rusted old trap. He was friendly, efficient and polite the entire process, including coming back the next day to pour new concrete. Would highly recommend Rooter Ranger especially Roger.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Tonight Ted finished up our house.Its been a long 2 weeks .Especially for him..He has been so dedicated and determined to do it all correctly..We so appreciate him.. All Pro Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. We had a really old boiler and hot water tank and they replaced them with a new combi boiler in the loft. technicians were great. Arrived on time, 2 days work and finished on time. Had a few issues with holes in roof, high water pressure and a towel rail that needed some extra work, but they came back and finished them no problems. Really really pleased with quality of the work, approachable technicians, arrived when they said they would and left when it was finished. No hidden costs,

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
