I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day.

Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Had Cooper's come out to pump sceptic tank out on an older system, as a mater of routine maintenance. Chad was able to show up the same day I called and spent a lot of time explaining what the code is and how ours is designed, he worked very hard to open up the inspection cover and took the time to show us what to look for. Coopers Sewer & Drain will be the only ones I will call for any septic service. Very pleased with the work Chad did for us.

After posting my initial review, Jarod came out and spoke with my father and I about the situation. I will say that he wanted to know exactly what happened. He let us know that there were HIGH CONCERNS as to the events that took place. They took disciplinary action and wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY. Jarod was a nice man and actually paid us back the $$ that we paid to the other company to fix our plumbing problem. He even sent out a gentlemen to repair the Stucco at NO CHARGE! I will say that he stood by his word and did exactly what he said he would do, without question. I appreciated everything that they said they were going to do, with follow through. If you ever have any questions or concerns with this company they will back up their service and honesty of employee practices. They came out to fix a stopped drain in the kitchen on Christmas Eve. The man Josh couldn't fix it, so they would have to have someone else come out with a camera the day after Christmas (Saturday). Erick told my elderly parents that it was a bad main drain pipe. He showed them the video and convinced them that it would have to be replaced with a burst pipe. I wasn't there to see the video.He went outside to work up the numbers. He came back with a quote of $21,000.00!!!!! There was nothing itemized. He talked my parents into financing it!! They both live on their Social Security and could not afford this. I asked them to hold off. They scheduled the repair once I left for work.I was extremely apprehensive as to what the real problem with our system was. I stopped them from going forward and had to contact 2 finance companies to withdraw. My dad took out 2 Loans!!!I called another company and they told us the pipe was fine. They fixed the problem the santee in the wall for $750.00STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!! Erick should be fired!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing! Thanks Andrew for your courtesy, promptness, and thorough investigation.

We needed two toilets fixed and the tub. Cold water stopped working in the shower.What was the cause? A tiny plastic ball caught in the pipe. Mr Rooter found and fixed the problem. Way after 9pm and still working hard to fix things so they work correctly. Highly recommend this company. Hard working with great ethics. Thanks Jose

Contacted Blue Plumbers for a kitchen drain that was backed up. I called at 9 AM and was given a scheduled arrival between 10 and 11. Service rep, arrived a couple hours early. He listened to what we had to say about our problem, explained what he would be doing and the cost. The drain was a pain and he spent a couple of hours and showed us the drain camera results. Highly recommended Blue Plumbers to anyone who needs a plumber.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
