Best Sewer Line Video Inspection in Phoenix AZ

AVOID this company at all costs. We spent $6700 with them 4 years ago to have our entire sewer and water line replaced. Recently we had a draining issue that was diagnosed by another company as a belly in the drain line. When we contacted them they claimed that they would do right by us and rectify the situation. While I understand that a company should not have to warranty their work for ever, the fact that they only warranty the work for a year, speaks volumes to the quality of their workmanship. A price was agreed on the repair work. They then proceeded to start putting us off on the repair claiming emergency situations. When a technician arrived monday , he was clueless to what the issues were. Went to this truck to call in to base and left There was multiple communications with this company and another technician was dispatched Tuesday. He was also quite unaware of the situation. He at least was apologetic and did communicate with is in a more professional manner. It is as if there were no internal communications within this company. Finally after the latest emergency declaration I called the the owner, he basically said , we are going to pass on this work and hung up on us. Incredibly unprofessional company. In a way I am happy that they refused to do the work as that is only rewarding shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.
Next time when a plumber is needed call an excellent

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. You can tell a company is great when they have great management and nuflow nailed it. Thanks again

Our home has had a mysterious leak for months which was raising our water bill to astronomical prices. We had two other Plummers and leak detectors out here which charged us a ton of money and ultimately didnt solve our problem. I found Option One online after desperate research. Andrew was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to detect the source of our high water bill and immediately fix it. Option One does charge an additional fee per hour however Andrew made every effort to solve our problem within the first hour so as to not incur us any additional fees and he succeeded. I would highly recommend working with him.

Priority Pumping performed the pumping, testing and inspection of our septic system required for the sale of our home. We were not the original owners and the county didn't have any records, so we weren't even sure where the septic system was located, but only had a general idea. Priority Pumping came out a few days early and, using a beacon that they flushed down one of the toilets, quickly located the septic tank, which gave us the opportunity to relocate some landscaping before they came back to dig and find the septic tank lid. The septic tank had never been uncovered or pumped since the day it was originally installed 45 years ago. The tank was full and the solids were very - well - solid. Priority Pumping did a great job, were professional, accommodating and easy to work with. They cleaned out the tank and the system passed inspection and flow test.

Very professional and friendly service. Resolved / replaced our old cast iron clogged and separated main drain line in a timely manner. With their modern equipment and competent plumbers they were able to complete the job quickly and correctly, even in the heat of Arizona's summer. Devon Daniel and his helpers were considerate and informative during the diagnostic and repair of our plumbing needs. Their repair cost was fair and they were understanding of our financial circumstance. I would not hesitate to call them for any of our plumbing needs. Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
