We started with Adrian and Rafael installing a new 5 ton unit in our home - they were on time, worked hard, and took every step to make sure the install was done well and was easy on us. They were patient and answered all my questions - the house looked like they were never there.Chuck and Amelio worked on cleaning and sealing our ducts - the job took way longer than anyone expected, but they were conscientious, clean, and detail oriented. They took pictures to document the cleaning and measurements to show the progress against leaks. We really appreciate their professionalism and expertise.

Bought a new AC unit and 1 person over the course of a year was able to fix my AC unit that they installed. Supervisor Jake Romrell was the only individual that was able to finaly fix it. He even called to let me know that there might be a possible issue with the new Honeywell thermostat update. If Parker and Sons had more people like Jake this would be 5 stars.
