Best Sewer Issues in Phoenix AZ

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.

I called rooter ranger and I was connected quickly with a customer service rep that was very courteous and let me know that they would have someone out in approximately 2 hours even though it's a Friday night. I said great. Adrian showed up in about an hour. He was courteous as well and went straight to diagnoising my leaky pipe connected to my tub. He quickly found the issue and without trying to tell me plumbing horror stories to jack the price up he told me it was a very minor issue and explained to me what the problem was. He sealed up the leak and didn't charge me since he didn't have to take apart anything or replace anything. He let me know what the cost would be if the pipe replacement had to occur which frankly was more than reasonable. A company with integrity, expertise, and professionalism is unfortunately an exceedingly rare thing, however rooter ranger is one of those companies. The service was good once they got here - no complaints about that. But they were scheduled between 1 & 3 p.m., and did not arrive, nor did they call. Around 3:30, we called the office, which called the crew, & called us back. The crew would be here in half an hour. Then they called & said it would be tomorrow. Then they called back & said they would be here by 5, which they were & completed the job.
But it would have been nice if we had been kept informed of the delays & could rely on the information.

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. He is also extremely reasonable! Thank you, James.
