Best Septic Tank Installation And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. I had my hot water tank blow out on a Saturday. I called Reddi Services and two other plumbing companies, not knowing if I would get anyone to return my call on the weekend. I soon received a call from Reddi Services and they quickly dispatched Pepe. No return calls from the other 2.

After determining the need for a new tank he told me that if I picked one up that day he would comeback on Sunday to get it installed. Which he did.

I had some restoration work that needed to be done after the installation and each time I needed something done, Pepe was there as promised and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use Reddi Services for any of my plumbing need.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

When I decided to sell my house I ended up hiring another less then reputable company it turns out to inspect my septic system only because I was crunched for time. When they failed the inspection I was suspicious because Belsito had been out to do some repairs a year earlier. Granted, things can happen but I asked Belsito to come and redo the inspection. From speaking with Krista in the office, who has always been courteous and friendly and always did what she said she would do in a timely manner, to Kenny and Tom, who I believe did the scheduling, and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. Kenny also made some after hours and weekend calls to me to make sure everything was on schedule. And lastly there was Ronny and J.B. who did the actual work. Ronny kept me apprised of everything he was doing, completed the inspection and even made sure the house was secured when he left as someone had been there trespassing. These guys all went above and beyond and I highly recommend their company and personnel.

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

We called them on a Friday afternoon they were there in 30 min found the issue was whole house drain. Mike was real good to explain what needed to be done and has worked with our house ins. to get them to help pay some on it. Other wise we could have not afforded it. They started on the big project Saturday morning . Pablo and the other guys worked so good together was polite and they covered the floor and hung plastic to keep the dust down .They had the whole job complete by Tuesday and did a excellent job. Never seen a better group of guys to work with. They also always cleaned there mess up every day. They made a bad situation a lot better Thank you guys you rock. May God bless you all

I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

The landlord that hired these guys to unclog the main drain the second guy that came didn't know how to take the toilet off mind you that is only one nut that needed to be taken off to lift a whole toilet up guessing he just didn't want to do it because it wasn't no clean out dream being that it's a older house. So I did using a 10 mm socket and now the toilet is off

this is one of very very few(i'm sure)m honest companies here that I have found. I just thank God that I decided to work with them. Prompt, Professional, great work and just really really good people all around. They had quite a bit of work to do including digging, breaking up roots, moving dirt etc and when they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were here at all. Excellent. Thank you
