Best Septic Tank Installation in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

When I decided to sell my house I ended up hiring another less then reputable company it turns out to inspect my septic system only because I was crunched for time. When they failed the inspection I was suspicious because Belsito had been out to do some repairs a year earlier. Granted, things can happen but I asked Belsito to come and redo the inspection. From speaking with Krista in the office, who has always been courteous and friendly and always did what she said she would do in a timely manner, to Kenny and Tom, who I believe did the scheduling, and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. Kenny also made some after hours and weekend calls to me to make sure everything was on schedule. And lastly there was Ronny and J.B. who did the actual work. Ronny kept me apprised of everything he was doing, completed the inspection and even made sure the house was secured when he left as someone had been there trespassing. These guys all went above and beyond and I highly recommend their company and personnel.

Had a tub drain problem at a rental property for a couple of years. I suspected the drain having a restriction in the trap which could be something from children playing in the tub. Called Reddi service & a service tech named Marco. He called me after researching the problem, I told him about my suspicions and sure enough he found a child's toy in the trap. He spent some serious time cleaning this trap out. Good job Marco.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

I called looking to have a certification done on a septic tank as the property was in the process of being sold. They were able to squeeze mean in the next day. Dana was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave a basic quote over the phone. They came next day did what they needed to do and it actually ended up being a little bit less than the quote. I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
