Best Septic System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

We first used Reddi Services September 2014 for a septic issue. They were the ONLY 24/7 company that actually answered the phone when we had an emergency on a holiday weekend! We now use them for septic, plumbing and AC/heating. We cannot say enough good things about Reddi Services and their people. Every technician that has come to our home has been competent (very important!!!), friendly, helpful and consultative. All technicians we have had help us have been with Reddi Services for a period of time - unlike other companies where you never get the same person twice. Reddi Services is the only company we will use now for our septic, plumbing & AC/heating needs - we have multiple experiences on all fronts and have never been disappointed.

Re Ben Aguilar, plumber -- beyond awesome! He's been to our house three times in the last year plus. Today was the most recent visit. He helped us decide what needed to be done to correct a major plumbing mess that another plumbing company created when they redid our main pipe to the septic last year. Every visit, Ben has been professional, friendly, competent and helpful. He takes a personal interest in our issues and maintains his professionalism at the same time. We request Ben when we call for plumbing issues as he knows our story. Reddi Services has a great employee in Ben!

Re: Chris Groth, AC/heat - long overdue recommendation! Chris has kept our AC/heat pump in excellent shape over the last year. We request him whenever we do regular maintenance or have an issue. As with all Reddi Services technicians we've had come to our home, Chris is competent, professional, friendly and just very pleasant to have at our place. He never pretends to be an expert in something he may not be (e.g., we have an air purifier (which has never worked) that another company conned us into buying - Chris was honest with us that he wasn't an expert on air purifiers, but helped us figure out that it wasn't working properly. We appreciate that kind of integrity and honesty.

Circle J Septic is an awesome local business. Josh and his employee came out on a Sunday after I called to look at the job. We scheduled for the next day. The showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition that it was in when they arrived. I have used other septic companies in the past, but none of the others did near as good a job! I highly recommend Circle J to anyone that needs their septic system pumped.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Rooter Rangers are fantastic! They came out late on a Sunday night within 30 minutes of our call for help. They were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the whole job. They found and fixed the problem and after the work was completed, even after the digging, it looked like as if nothing had been disturbed. Top service at a reasonable price! They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

We would like to thank the crew at Belsito Robby, Daykota, Jon & Kevin for their friendly professionalism on completing the repairs to our septic tank leach lines in a timely manner despite weather conditions. The guys were very knowledgeable in every aspect of the repairs. We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

i am a realtor who has referred ducks septic to clients and i am also a customer. they are hands down the best priced out there for inspections and services. honest and very nice employees. when they came out to empty our tank they had to spend time finding and digging up the access hole; they charged a flat fee...not by the man or by the hour! i would highly recommend them! also, they are very good about providing quick response to your needs!!

Very unprofessional and rude.. lack of communication.. septic tank was back up and I called it took them 4 days to get here and when they did they never called to confirm with me what time they’d be here.. I got a call while I was at work and couldn’t answer at the moment so they left me a voicemail saying “hey someone will be there in 5 minutes “ and that’s it.. I work 30 minutes away from home so I rushed home and nobody was there so I called and the lady who answered said well our guy went down there and nobody answered the door so he just left to the next job.. I’m like well if you would of said that you’d be there a certain time then some one would of been home don’t you think?? She just hung up didn’t care at all

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
