The folks at A-Z Septic are top-notch. They were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, reassuring, professional and affordable. They even tackled an impromptu request on a second septic system on the property without hesitation. They were ever so careful in maneuvering the equipment to minimize disturbance to landscaping. When they left, they replaced the rock/stone landscape and made it look like nothing happened. Suddenly a very unpleasant situation became very pleasant thanks to the team at A-Z. I would absolutely recommend A-Z Septic Pumping and most certainly will call upon them again for future needs.

Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.

Had some water backing up in the house Sunday afternoon, determined it was a full septic system and started calling pumping companies. Received a quick call back from Josh and he was able to fit me in the schedule first thing Monday.(I didn't receive any calls back from the other companies) Josh and his crew showed up early and got right to work. Problemo solved!

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

Had a backed up septic system. Initial call was informative, helpful, and able to schedule next day pump out. Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. They helped alleviate a difficult situation.

Belcito Plumbing deserves all the stars they can get! I've used them twice- at my house to fix a sewer pipe and at my Mom's to fix the main water line to the house. Both times the job was done on time, correctly, and within the estimate. Mike was especially appreciated at my Mom's house. Totally professional, helpful by explaining things, and making her feel comfortable with the repair. Jay and his crew are highly recommended by us!

Contacted Roger, service manager, with Reddi Services early in the morning for an ASAP irrigation plumbing repair. Got an immediate reply and he immediately had a technician dispatched to our property for repair. Technician, Chris, was extremely friendly and professional. Extremely pleased with Reddi Services and will be using them for future plumbing and HVAC issues.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

OMG this company is WONDERFUL. I called them at 8am this morning and they were out to my house before 1pm and everyone was so helpful. The gentleman that came out to the house was great and very helpful.
