Reddi Services is an awesome plumbing company!! I had a situation arise on a Sunday morning with a copper fitting that broke loose which was feeding my outside irrigation system. It was an emergency because I had to shut off my main water supply to the entire house because of the location of the copper fitting. I called several plumbing companies and was provided quotes that ranged from $300 - $425 just to re-sweat a copper fitting. Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services showed up at my home within 1 hr. of me contacting Reddi Services and repaired the copper fitting for only $80.00!! Reddi Services will be my go-to all around service company moving forward. Benjamin was very friendly and very honest. It is difficult to find an honest service company who does not price gouge it's customers. Kudos to Reddi Services and Benjamin Aguilar for providing excellent customer service!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

They did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful to me. I couldn't have asked for better workers in and out of my house for the two weeks that they were working on my sewer system. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Andrew was awesome! We loved him! He was super fast and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I wish everyone that we hire was as professional but also as super nice as Andrew. He fixed everything right up for us. A person in a Verrado neighborhood facebook group referred us to Option One.... They came out and looked for free and the repair was very affordable! We called around 8am and had someone here by 10am... The lady who we talked to on the phone and scheduled us was wonderful as well! We will definitely refer our friends and family to you guys.

had back up in system for last 2 weeks, had plumbers out twice, redid all pipes under home, still backed up; called Priority, spoke to Lauren, Priority had tech out in 2 hours. They have always been available during our emergencies, but I realized they will take advantage of you and charge as much as they can get away with. Grayhawk Plumbing (don't use them either) via our warranty company was suppose to come out and unclog our tub drain. Instead, they disassembled our drain and did not reassemble if before they left. I did not realize they did this and my roommate took a shower, flooding both of our bathrooms since they share the same wall. We called Mr. Rooters immediately and they diagnosed the drain piece as the issue. I asked if they could provide a diagnosis so I could submit this back to my warranty company. He told me he could provide me an appointment overview (diagnosis) for $99!!! LOL. They then recommended their mitigation company, Copper State Home Builders. Go look at some of their reviews....insurance scamI won't be using this company again. I can get more for my money elsewhere.
