Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Quality workmanship for our main water line replacement.

However, they do not give the standard 10% senior discount. Minimal discount offered - had to call office to receive.

Was sent a $25 gift card for future services several weeks later but no follow up call.

They are over priced. I have since found a plumbing outfit with outstanding customer service, quality workmanship and the 10% discount.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I know owner is happy to get this Wk done. unfortunately previous owners didn’t disclose backup issue.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leak
been here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walk
around house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so I'm not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company back
they say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then the
Manager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hours
since the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

This company is definitely for the customers/clients. I had been dealing with an issue for 2 days mentioned it to my brother Pedro Padilla and he was able to get Technician Casey scheduled same day within 2 hours Casey was at my house fixed my issue and was out. Extremely efficient. I recommend this company if you need any work or have any plumbing issues, the work that was done from both Pedro and Casey exceeded my expectations And keep in mind this was on Christmas Day. Something else that made the whole experience great was they send a text with a time frame arrival and when the job is completed. Overall great experience!!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I had a clogged toilet and bath tub and Option One was recommended by Pat from Affordable Plumber AZ LLC. I called and was given a 9 to 11 time slot and Sammy arrived at around 9:30. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He cleared the clog in five minutes and explained what the issue was. I was so worried about the cost to fix my issue since I'm on a fixed income but $86 bucks later, all is well! I have future projects on my fixer upper and will definitely used Option One again.

Tanya, Jake, Lauren and Dusty provided great service to me under challenging circumstances for all. I needed a full replacement of a seepage pit, and supply, resource, and permitting issues all provided the challenges, but the Priority Pumping team kept me informed throughout the process. I knew I had chosen the right contractor after meeting with Tanya and Lauren at the outset of the project, and everyone involved helped me completely understand the process and worked with me to create a solution that worked for me and complied with all requirements. I would highly recommend this company!

Mitch, his crews and office staff, were excellent. We had two septic systems installed, and to be honest my family and I are tough customers. They did everything they said they would do, showed up when they said they were going to, and all with a smile and amazing customer service! They were kind and friendly and made this process completely stress for me and the residents at our property.
