This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

From top to bottom, Macho is a great business. Most especially Robby and Danny were excellent. Super helpful. Always keeping me in the loop. They dealt with a difficult situation navigating the fake grass covering the septic. The quality of their finish work and effort put worth was superb. I am very happy and grateful. I couldn't recommend Macho more!

I cannot say enough good things about Cave Creek Septic Service! I called with a question regarding an above ground, broken PVC pipe. It would have been easy for Ed to come out but he told us it was a simple fix, something we could do ourselves and actually walked us through the steps. He also told us to make sure we maintained our filter and even took the time to pull up the property plans for our home to help us determine where it would be located.

It’s hard to find a company that is willing to put the customer first and not just worry about making a sale. Especially in the midst of this pandemic, the time Ed put in today was invaluable and beyond appreciated. I have already recommended Cave Creek Septic to several others after my experience today and plan on using them in the future when needed.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

I was with a company for DECADES because it was my families old company, kind of like car insurance. Well, called the old company up and they straight up turned me down as they wanted to concentrate on their commercial customers. I was shocked. I immediately hung up the phone and found Cooper's. They had someone come out literally the next day!! I highly, highly recommend using them if you need your septic taken care of in a jiffy. They were fast and friendly! Thank you so much, Cooper's! I have now officially switched.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

They came out to do a septic inspection. In the process they chipped one of my septic lids. They used a hydraulic hammer or something to get the lid off and chipped it. From there they did not send me pictures of that issue they caused. They only sent me pictures of the good lid. They said my tank was extremely corroded and needed to be replaced. No picture proof of the inside tank corrosion either. That was/is not the truth. I’ve had two other trusted septic companies look at it since then. When two other companies tell you that your tank is just fine then that is proof right there that Priority Pumping does make honest work a priority. Also, now that I’ve asked them about this nobody really wants to talk to me. The technician I spoke with got very argumentative and hung up and said I was too frustrated for him. I spoke with him again and he was very annoyed with my questions because I was asking yes or no questions and I was told that I am not a lawyer. Why mention lawyer and be defensive if you did nothing wrong?… Please don’t use this company. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Thank you.

Had a little problem with my septic system. Gave Sunset Septic a quick call and my problem was solved! Quick response, very reasonable pricing and the guys that came out were great! They came out and diagnosed the problem, showed me what had happened, gave me a fair upfront price and showed me some tips on how to help keep my system maintained.
