Great service all around! So friendly, personable, and professional. We were initially going to shop around to get the lowest price possible, but Anthony’s was our first one and we liked them so much we cancelled all the other estimate appointments. Can’t say great enough things about them, they will definitely be our go-to plumber for the foreseeable future.

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

We've had 3 very positive experiences with Belsito Plumbing. We found them on Yelp where they were rated very highly. Twice, they fixed an upstairs leak that we thought would be very costly, but ended up only being minor repairs. We called them again when my mom had a blocked sink that couldn't be fixed by our own amateur roto repair. On all 3 occasions they were professional, friendly and did good work. We will definitely use them in the future.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Unbelievably great customer service from RR Plumbing. From the very polite person who answered the phone, to the technician, Mikey, who was available at our service address within 2 hours!!We thought we had a clogged drain or serious plumbing issue that was impacting our water pressure. Instead Mikey found it was a clogged shower head and instructed us how to take care of it on our own if we desired. Who does that??Mikey was knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and totally concerned about what concerned us and charged us NOTHING for the service call. We may not have needed services then, but when we do in the future, we intend to use RR Plumbing and also encourage our friends and family to do the same. Thanks again Mikey. I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00. He said no clean out line, no service. I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his sh__ __!

One of three quotes we got for a sewer line repair and they were by far the most thorough, taking their time to evaluate the issue and explain the different options and why they recommended what they did. Day of repair crew with Craig were on it - really friendly yet professional. Didn't seem to mind when I wanted to sneak a peek in the hole to see what was going on. Showed me the blockage they pulled out (wow!!). Made sure I was satisfied with the job and cleanup before they left. Honestly it barely looked like they were there at all!!

I had a tall thin water heater. Installer failed to measure cabinet and brought a short fat water heater. When I asked him about it, he said the tall ones are for RV's only. . It did not fit in the gas water heater closet and the door would not close on it. The boy said it will just have to be that way. I went to home depot and asked them and they laughed and said no, the tall ones are for homes and by the way a water heater that dies not fit and does not allow the door to close is a code violation. I called Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept and they said yes it is a code violation. I have left a message with Mr. Rooter to see what they will do. Will call Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept again if they do not correct with the proper large heater.
