I have used George Brazil heating and cooling services since I’ve owned my home and they have always exceeded my expectations.When I needed some electrical work done I got several quotes. George Brazil was actually the highest one but my technician Scott was a true professional. Made sure there was no mess left in my house when he was done, explained the work and quotes thoroughly, and his work was fantastic!I am very happy with George Brazil and will continue to use them for all of the household services they provide.

My tech was jimmy, he was great. I have trouble trusting any company but he seemed cool when it came to what needed to be repaired. He was very friendly and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I dont like giving 5 stars but penguin i guess earned it. Im selling my home and i need to make sure everything passes inspection. Hopefully i can call them if anything HVAC doesn't pass. Good job jimmy.

For several years, I have known that I needed to replace my two air conditioning systems, but I never could find an outfit that I had confidence in to do it, especially since that is not a cheap job! My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future. Jessie the owner is a total shady character! Worst experience I've ever had with a plumber bar none! Run away!! He told me he doesn't work for 'Liberals' and left the job site without completing the work.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

This contractor did an outstanding job on my house and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended. They work with integrity. Will use in the near future.
