Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. Isaac came out on a Sunday evening, and spent quite a bit of time working theclog out. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and he was showing me the challenges that we had caused him and he worked on it and worked on it and was able to get it clear in an hour. We’ve lived in this house for 13 years and have now learned. We can’t put just anything into the garbage disposal. That being said, I will use this company every single time we have an issue, and I will share my experience with my friends and family, because I believe in this team wholeheartedly. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Process went well, only two days, You need to hire a cleaning service after you leave if you dig up a foundation (pipe bursting). Min. 4 hours cleaning. I realize in the agreement you are not responsible for anything.I appreciate you trying to cover items, but leaving ANY mess in an elderly persons home is un acceptable. All of the employees were very respectful and polite

I had a clog in my mainline and had Mr. router come out charge me $250 to clear it told me that along with the clearing somebody would come out put a camera down my way in line and check for cracks or any damage, that never happened I was never even given a copy of my invoice. This is the kind of service I would expect from a mom and pop place but not a corporate professional place like this I’m very unsatisfied and feel like I overpaid. Don’t use these guys
