Best Leak Detection And Repairs in Phoenix AZ
I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

My tech Orlando came by and I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to perform. He was able to clear our plumbing issue and mentioned that the camera revealed that there may be another problem down the road. He gave us quote if we needed services at a later time. He was fast and very friendly; we appreciated he kindness and fast service.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

All the people at Rooter Ranger were excellent! Everyone I dealt with was super polite and very knowledgeable. None of our drains were working so I called Rooter Ranger after hearing their ads on the radio. Raul was quick on the job and very thorough. Jared came to verify my issue and walked me through the whole process step by step as he worked. Once he determined what the problem was he sent Cooper and Quinn over to get the job done. These guys are super hard workers and amazed me with what the were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. Once the work was complete, Jared came by to do a final inspection with me and explained all the work that had been done. Now I always know who to call when disaster strikes. Highly recommended!

We used to hire this company a lot to clean the drain pipes in our houses - the service was OK, but the price was hard to beat - the $49.99 was painted prominently on their service vans. It was a good value. In the last little while they raised the price a lot - now on the service van there is a number 1 squeezed between the dollar sign and the 4 - yes, it does say $149.99, although, as I understand it, sometimes they will charge a bit less. With the price gone up 3 times, it is definitely not the value it used to be. But that's not my objection. In my case, they came to clean the slow drain, and then about a month later we had a problem with the same pipe, so we called them again. The warranty is only 14 days, so we had to pay again. This time we chose to inspect it with the camera, only to find out that there is an obstruction in the pipe, which required to dig up about 1.5 feet of dirt and put in a cleanout. We asked the tech for a quote, and he quoted us $1500. We had similar work done on another house, so we had an idea that this repair should cost around a third of that. We asked the tech, and he said he'd give us a heavily discounted price of $1350 if we put their advertising sign on our property. We asked for a couple more quotes, and one was $550 and the other was $400 - both by licensed plumbers. My concern is that they saw us as a captive audience - people without a working sewer - and decided to jack up the price. This predatory way of doing business is not what I would expect from a professional I would trust. hence the 2-star rating.

I hired BumbleBee Plumping to install a backflow preventer to our front water line. Once Bill Messenger, the repairman was here, I decided to rework the entire front water line and install a new shutoff valve. Bill was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. What I appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what materials he would be using and why. His work was exceptional, he ensured that they system worked with no leaks and he left the area as he found it. I would love to have him back to work on our back faucet. I would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumping.

I had a tall thin water heater. Installer failed to measure cabinet and brought a short fat water heater. When I asked him about it, he said the tall ones are for RV's only. . It did not fit in the gas water heater closet and the door would not close on it. The boy said it will just have to be that way. I went to home depot and asked them and they laughed and said no, the tall ones are for homes and by the way a water heater that dies not fit and does not allow the door to close is a code violation. I called Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept and they said yes it is a code violation. I have left a message with Mr. Rooter to see what they will do. Will call Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept again if they do not correct with the proper large heater.

All Pro Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. We had a really old boiler and hot water tank and they replaced them with a new combi boiler in the loft. technicians were great. Arrived on time, 2 days work and finished on time. Had a few issues with holes in roof, high water pressure and a towel rail that needed some extra work, but they came back and finished them no problems. Really really pleased with quality of the work, approachable technicians, arrived when they said they would and left when it was finished. No hidden costs,
