I contacted Gabe and he responded within the hour and came assess my electrical problem. He was very honest, courteous, profession, informative, and knowledgeable. He quoted me a price and I was charged exactly that. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it. He also identified two future potential problems and told me it doesn't need to be addressed at this time, but possibly sometime in future before I sell my home. He was not pushy and he did not try to upsell. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family.

Was going to call for an estimate on AC but read reviews and they seem to be similar to the other over priced named brand companies. I'm not going to waste their time or mine if they're over priced.But wanted to point out for other AC customers and readers that the OWNER denies all bad AC reviews as a separate entity/business but gladly accepts all 5 star reviews for AC services. We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

Last Friday I spent the morning at an Urgent Care because my wife was having trouble breathing. Saturday she was exhausted and asked me to turn on the AC to cool down the house and it shut right off. I tried turning the AC on a few more times then realized we had a problem. So I called Parker and Sons, and they were great! They were professional and scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. Sunday, the technician arrived. Chris was great! He was polite, professional and knowledgeable!e! He showed us pictures and videos of our unit and explained his diagnosis. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He went over options with us ranging from repairing the unit to replacing it. We decided to replace the unit and we’re happy with the financing option we chose. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday and we were very pleased with the quick turn around. The installation technicians showed up as schedule. Ivan and Elijah were great! Again, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They went over, in detail, how the installation was going to work. Upon completion, Ivan reviewed the work completed with me. showing me pictures of the installed unit. Again, showed patience as I asked questions about programming and using the new thermostat. From start to finish, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Parker and Sons without any hesitation! We had very little down time and a huge thank you to your entire team! Great work and great customer service service!
