Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

I came home from a week in Seattle to find my daughters had clogged the bathtub and could not take a shower. Haha, they do still need me. ?. I called on a Sunday and had the gentleman there right on time and did a fast, friendly and quality job fixing it all. Perfect!!! And a very professional kind person he was. Thank you so much. I will definitely keep you as my go-to. Keep up the great work!!

Jon and Robbie installed a new leach field for us. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Overall, a job well done! Thank you and we will use you again.

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. I called them to clean my septic, I was given a quote and price was agreed upon. When they came out two gentlemen started telling me all about how they had been there before to clean it for previous owners and then began to talk down about them and tell me things that had nothing to do With what they where doing. If I hadn’t been out there watching what it was they were doing I’m sure they would have broken the cover for the septic and so forth because one told the other to be careful since I was watching and they didn’t want me to see that they broke it because they were being reckless and didn’t want to bring the tractor down from the trailer. Them a few days later I get a call for my card info to process the payment gave it to them and then she tells me that the owner said my place was to far and wanted more money. I began to tell her that’s why She asked for my address and gave me a price now she’s talking me it’s another $150 because where I live. Lost my future business!

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Arrived late for a sewer line inspection for my client on a home I have under contract. Arrived and said oh it's a 2-story I won't get up there. Me okay..(found a part of the roof with a vent stack for access on the single story roof section). He then said, I can't get up there. I just had shoulder surgery....oh and plus, I don't even have a ladder on my van. Say what??? Left and did absolutely nothing. Now my buyer and I are let scrambling at the last minute on the final day of our due diligence period.

One of three quotes we got for a sewer line repair and they were by far the most thorough, taking their time to evaluate the issue and explain the different options and why they recommended what they did. Day of repair crew with Craig were on it - really friendly yet professional. Didn't seem to mind when I wanted to sneak a peek in the hole to see what was going on. Showed me the blockage they pulled out (wow!!). Made sure I was satisfied with the job and cleanup before they left. Honestly it barely looked like they were there at all!!

BEWARE! If you call to schedule a septic pump out, they may pass you off to another company and not tell you. We called to confirm our appointment a few hours prior and were told we didn't have an appointment with them. Then looking at the books they saw that they had passed us off to another company which was much lower rated...We even had the Mr. Rooter tech come out to check our valve 10 days prior! When you choose a company based on ratings, I expect to get that company! Too much to ask????

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
