This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Amazing experience with this company. They were professional and respectful of our property and ourselves. They explained the process and the cost before doing any work. They were thorough and completed their job, very efficiently, and on time with what the job in tailed. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Bumble Bee is the best and Richard E. is especially awesome! He did an annual inspection on our place to We found them when we had a huge leak. We became members then because they were the only company who figured out what what going on, and fast. This was after 4 other companies were paid to figure it out. It's a completely different experience with this company and employees. Honestly, it's a surprise when you run into a company like this. Richard took the time to answer all of my questions today and explain things clearly. It's obvious they want the best for people and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. They are competent, on time, quick, honest and nice.

I'm in the midst of having a new septic system put in place, so it's ongoing, but the experience with Sophie and Lauren in the front office and Keith, the inspector, has been tremendous. Sophie and Lauren have been first-rate, very helpful and accommodating, and Keith, who inspected the entire current system, worked with unusual care and respect and answered my questions thoughtfully and with patience. I'm under some time pressure to get all this work completed, and everyone in the company seems willing to try to accommodate my needs in a flexible, cheerful manner. I highly recommend this company.

I am so furious! If I could give no stars I would! In the process of selling my home and needed septic pumped and inspected. I was told they could put me on the schedule for a week from today which was Thursday...and today. When I asked if they could give me a time frame I was told they could not ......it could be anytime up until the time they closed. At 4pm they had not showed up yet! When I called them up they said I wasn't on the schedule!!!! Really? Wrong thing to do to a home owner in the process of moving! Such poor business practice! Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Plus, NO apology nothing!!!

I had an emergency with both of my outside faucets leaking badly. I called 3 companies and 2 returned my call. The first company said because it was a Sunday, only 1 guy was working and he was already booked up. Mr. Rooter called and they immediately got me an appt for that day. The plumber arrived and immediately made a list of what he needed and went out to get them. When he returned he immediately went to work and in no time at all I had 2 brand new faucets. He was very counterions and pleasant at all times. I will definitely called Mr. Rooter again.
