The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!

I have used Econolight many times over the past 10 years. Every single time I have had them in my homes I am impressed by their professionalism and care. Most recently we had their electrician Jay at our home to perform an inspection and routine repairs. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and why in easy-to-understand terms. Econolight is the only electrical contractor to use in the Phoenix area, hands-down.

I worked with both Daryl & Paul at Wiring Pros for a major project to trench and add a new 200a service for a pool at a small apartment complex. I met them for the initial site visit, and they were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and prompt with providing a written bid with a few options, and their bid was the most competitive.

When I authorized the work, despite some unexpected complications coming up with the permitting process, they both kept me appraised of the progress and stuck to their initial bid. And they delivered quality work on time.

This alone would be worth five stars, but I probably wouldn't have written a review but for two other points where they were great.

1) There was some modest other dead service mast removal and outlet repairs to complete; though they knew I was out of town and unlikely to do a competitive bid on this additional work, they gave a very fair and reasonable bid for these pieces so that there was no hesitation on my part in awarding that incremental work to them.

2) There was yet another piece of work in adding a new pole to adjust the position of the overhead utility line; though they gave a good bid which I approved, after I approved the bid, they started getting mixed signals from the utility on whether they could perform the work or the utility would only allow it to be done in-house. Paul spent the next two weeks repeatedly calling and following up with the utility to resolve this confusion, rather than starting and charging me for work. We ultimately found out would not be able to be put into service, which was a lot of effort & research into something that didn't turn into a paid job. But yet Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and even apologetic for the hold-up (which was the utilities fault, not theirs) 'til the end.

So, if I could give it, six stars, for Paul & Daryl, I would: honest, fair, communicative, competitive, and good quality - a rare combination!

This is the second time I've used Rich Eletrical. The first time was top have power brought into my garage and outlets installed. Professional team, did a great job. This time, I had a confusing problem wherein just one section of my house lost power, but there breakers were all intact with power. This time David Rich came out, hoping for a quick fix. It turned out to be a complicated mess, but he never gave up, never displayed an attitude, never madeexcuses, was just a friendly, professional, gentleman the whole time. In the end he was able to find and fix the problem while allowing me to attend to my home based business without interruption. He cleaned up after himself and sent a bill that aligned with our agreed and reasonable rate. I highly recommend David Rich and his team from Rich Electrical and will use then again if needed. Cindy

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Very professional great company

Hagarty Electric were the sub-contractors when I had my house built. I paid for a 240V SPA circuit and they installed it. When it was time to build a pool the pool contractor also used Hagarty Electric to make the connections. At first they made the necessary short run connections to the SPA circuit but when it came time to hook things up they refused citing that if they did they would have to own the original connection from the mains panel to the SPA circuit (which they already did own since they did the work). I had to hire an attorney to go after the pool contractor and eventually Hagarty Electric made the connections at the SPA circuit. Both Hagarty and the Pool contractor just wanted more money. In the end they ran a 2nd line from the mains panel to the SPA circuit, installed a junction box and had a continuous connection to the sub-panel at their cost.

I would not delay calling them once more for any future electrical needs. We as of late acquired a 30-year-old home with 70% obsolete wiring. Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up.
