This company does a great job from the time they quote until they complete the job. Tom and his guys take care to make sure that every detail is complete. I was very impressed at how accurately they laid out my new can lights. Everything is equally spaced and the lights are perfectly inline with one another. They also did a great job installing new vent fans in the bathrooms. I didn’t have to do any drywall repair which was nice. Tom also installed solar on my house and also upgraded my service. The process for the solar was painless as he took care of everything. I will continue to use Watt Masters in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Micah Izquierdo did a good job keeping me informed during the process and answered any questions or concerns I had. Whenever there was an obstacle it was explained and accounted for.

Austin was also very cordial and professional. He inspected my roof post installation and made sure everything looked good post installation and went through how to utilize the app to monitor the solar production and usage.

When you consider going solar, don't hesitate to call the Tesla team. I just finished my first full year of having panels and we are so happy with them! Their customer service is excellent; they make sure that all your questions get answered before installation begins (and even after.)

I had a terrible experience with Harmon Electric and their door to door solar salesmen. Brett was the salesman. He had a Harmon Solar shirt on. He said he worked for Harmon Solar. The documents he sent me had Harmon Solar on them. He was very unprofessional and was not honest about the costs. I asked him to email me an official quote so I could compare it to the other quotes I received and he would not do it, he told me his boss wouldn't let him. He tried to play way too many games and I went with another solar companies and I'm glad I did.

They went so far above and beyond to help me over the phone -and did it purely to help. He didn’t even charge me! Thank the Lord for people and businesses like this that are still willing to help people!

Company lies to get you to sign. Work process is slow, yet they demand payment. Still waiting for finalization. The workers look like they were picked up at a homeless shelter and just had their last shoot up with needles before arriving. Power is a fraction of what they claim.
So when they tell you you get a Tesla conversion box, expect a cheap plastic junk.
When they tell you it will cover your expected double future usage, expect it to cover 23% of your current usage.
Expect them to leave footprints all over the solar panels and nails and screws on your roof and ground.
Expect to fight on ever discount they offer.
Expect them to have to come fix things because their cheap parts fail before even getting operational.
In all, expect thousand of dollars that was supposed to be discounted to be up to attorneys to decide

Yes I chose to go with this company for solar, big mistake. Panels were installed in Oct and it is now April and I am still waiting for the panels to be turned on. They haven’t replaced my pavers nor have they rehung my gate after fixing my riser over a month ago. I’ve been waiting a cpl months for rebate checks for my solar payments that I’ve made even though my panels aren’t producing energy. They don’t respond to any of my emails. This company has made it a nightmare to going solar. I would not recommend this company at least not for solar services. I’ve asked them several times to just come take the panels back, I do not want solar anymore after this experience. The response I finally Dodd get from Jessie is “ they are your panels now” what kind of response is that? With no attempt to correct the issue. I’m so over and done with this company and solar. I strongly don’t recommend this company!!
