Best Cleaning Sink in Phoenix AZ

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

I want to be the first to say I almost judged a book by its cover, when I saw how young the two guys were in my head I was thinking no way these guys know what they are doing boy was I wrong and learned a valuable lesson, not only were they good but they were efficient and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly! Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

He had knowledge of our system because we have used this company before. When he uncloged our sink he left no mess for me to clean up. (Thank you Monty!) Jared was referred to me by a friend and was willing to drive out to yucaipa to fix my sink. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen sink very fast. It’s been about 6 months and still no issues. I thought that was cool that Jared also told me a few things that will help prevent those problems in the future. He also knew right away what was wrong with our clogged bathtub before even looking at it. I would definitely recommend them!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Had a leak in both an outdoor spigot and the copper pipe connected to the spigot was bent inside the exterior stucco wall as well. Andrew from Option One plumbing arrived and cut a very small hole in the wall and replaced part of the copper pipe and replaced the spigot. He did an excellent job, very professional and respectful. Option One gave me a fair price for the job. Based on my experience I will use them again and would recommend them as well.

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to! Supposedly was going in for an interview that was set up by a recruiter. I get there and they acted like they new nothing about the interview. Gave me a number to set up another one, and it was a number to emergency service. I don't know how they expect to keep up with their customers if they can't even keep up with their scheduled interviews!
