Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

These guys have shown up to my house on multiple occasions for various reasons. It's been the same guy each time. Always friendly and smiling with a good attitude about whatever he's about to get into. This last time it was a stuck grinder pump in the basement. A gross endeavor. Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Had an amazing experience with Priority Pumping! They pumped my grease trap at my donut shop that was overdue for a cleaning and they were super responsive throughout the entire process, even with a reschedule.
