Had my septic tank pumped today. I rarely give reviews, but then again, unfortunately, I am rarely impressed. My experience with this company was superb! From my 1st call with the very pleasant, helpful young lady that answered the phone until the 2 courteous, friendly, informative gentlemen who performed the work pulled away today after my service was complete, was a great experience. I am so impressed and will definitely use this company moving forward! I learned so much from Dustin today about my system, the process being performed and the importance of maintenance. He and his coworker worked efficiently and cleaned up so well that after digging 2 semi large holes in my grassed front yard, there was no evidence of them ever having been here! If you need service don't hesitate to call them...I did all the research necessary prior to my call and they outperformed my expectations.

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

Recently called Sunset Septic to perform an inspection on a property located in Queen Creek and they got right on it within 48 hours of my making the call. They were timely, exact in it's location and did a great job digging pumping it out, digging it up and inspecting. My mother's old bathroom pipes leading to her septic tank collapsed when I was out of town recently.
