They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I had a crazy pipe, water, sewer problem late at night, first thing in the morning I started calling plumbers..... no one could come out, or they never called me back, I called these guys, and they came right out!!!?? I would like to say a BIG THANKS to Isaac, Louis.C, Bobby, and Kevin, as frustrating as clogged drains are... these guys made it a whole lot BETTER!!! Anyone who needs plumbing, trust me.... this is who to call!!!Thank you??

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Worst so called plumbers ever. Hired them to fix a slow drain. They showed up over 4 hours late. They snaked the main drain with some antique snake machine for 1 hour and could get it fixed. Then they used a camera and said it was a blockage in main line and they couldn't get past it with snake or camera. They quoted me $3500 to dig it up and fix the blockage. I ask them to show me the blockage with there camera and they gave me some lame excuse why they couldn't. Called a real plumber the next day and he snaked the drain just fine took 20 min. Buyer Beware with these guys! If they give you some outrageous better get second opinion.

There are not enough thanks and kind words that I can give to Mike and his apprentice. These guys are awesome!I had significant water damage from a leaking pipe. I got a call that Michael was on his way 15 min after I made the call.Michael is professional and explained everything to me as he was able to gather information. He assured me that the work he performed is quality. He answered all of my questions.He put me at ease, which is hard to do because I am currently expecting twins soon. I can’t thank him, his apprentice, and BumbleBee Plumbing enough.I am a customer for life.

I had Priority pump two septic tanks at my place today. Keith Hargis arrived and within 2 hours had located, excavated and pumped both ranks. He was very pleasant and personable and a pleasure to talk with. This is the first time Prioriyh has been here and I can say they will definately be back in the future. Highly recommend Keith and Priority.

I am so furious! If I could give no stars I would! In the process of selling my home and needed septic pumped and inspected. I was told they could put me on the schedule for a week from today which was Thursday...and today. When I asked if they could give me a time frame I was told they could not ......it could be anytime up until the time they closed. At 4pm they had not showed up yet! When I called them up they said I wasn't on the schedule!!!! Really? Wrong thing to do to a home owner in the process of moving! Such poor business practice! Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Plus, NO apology nothing!!!

Mr. Rooter responded very quickly. They summed up the problem and gave me more than one option for a solution. They let me know what was done and what to look for in the future.The job was completed professionally, and I am happy!
