Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

I have a solar assisted water heater, apparently very rare even in Arizona. Most plumbers will not touch them. Option One took care of it even getting me the tank on warranty. Only challenge was they had to come back a couple times to fix heater element wiring and then replace a tank thermal sensor. They did these at no charge and with no complaints.

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company did a fabulous job and I would recommend them for all your septic needs. They get the job done without excuses and without hidden costs and are very fairly priced. Sunset Septic Service completed our septic inspection a couple of years ago and we chose them a second time because of their flexibility around our schedule and their amazing response time (I had the completed report the following business day). Their front office fitted me in on moments notice and are always so helpful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a septic inspection.

Have used these guys a couple times before for minor things in the last 15years that we have been in our house. This time, the 50 year old sewer pipe out the the street disintegrated. They came out and put a camera down and figured out the problem, quoted us a decent price, painful, but decent. They came back the next day and started the work, took three days to complete. The crew was amazing and professional, they worked well together, treated each other with tremendous respect, knew what they were doing and got right down to business. Thanks to Chris, Cameron, and Thomas, and all the other guys who came to help with the new pipe. You made a terrible situation bearable, and fixed our problem quickly. Can't say enough how impressed we are with this crew!!

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

They responded quickly, and came the next day. He explained what he was doing, and how the septic sytem works, even to neighbors stopping by with questions. He had to locate and dig down quite a bit to get access to the septic tank He did recommend installing a riser to make it easier & cheaper next time. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again.
