When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

Devin came out to our house to do what we were prepared to be a costly repair. After a few minutes, he told us that he didn't have the right size part to replace ours, but that the existing part was easily bent back into place. He didn't even charge for the call!! Well, Eddie just left after replacing an outside backflow preventer and he did an amazing job! He was on time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He is literally what every company should look for in their employees. We were on a tight deadline with a septic inspection and repair when I called Priority Pumping. Both I and my client (Seller) were thrilled to find professional, competent folks at PP who acted quickly and efficiently to help us. The system was services, inspected and repaired quickly and for a fair price. Will definitely make Priority Pumping my new Go-To Septic Service company for my Real Estate clients.

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

If you are in need of a reliable and professional plumber, look no further than Blue Plumbers. I recently had a water leak in my home and was in desperate need of assistance. Thankfully, this company was able to come to my rescue and quickly took care of the problem. Their responsiveness and efficiency were truly impressive, and I was grateful for their help during this stressful time.

We purchased a home in Oct 2022 and shortly after started having plumbing issues. We have had several companies out, with a camera and a locator to find that there is an issue at the repaired cover in the back yard. There is standing water in the pipes and at the repaired cover.

I called Sunset as they were one of two companies that have done work on the home requesting them to come out under warranty to check the tank to verify or fix the issue.

Rainey argued with me stating that they do not warranty or guarantee their work. They dug up the system, pumped it, certified and inspected it. When there is clearly an issue. So they (or the other company - who is coming out UNDER WARRANTY to verify that their work was done correctly and identify the issue) did something (or failed to do something) correctly and we are having back up issues every couple of weeks.

Rainey then argued with me stating that I was lucky that my tank was still operational as it was built in the 60's. She continued to argue with me when I said that if you take care of things they will last and then tried to tell me that was incorrect.

This woman is unprofessional and the company is a joke. DO NOT USE them!! Less than a year after they touched the septic I am having issues and they refuse to come out to verify their own work under warranty - because they don't have one.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

We had initially had Mr. Rooter out to clear a kitchen sink drain. They informed us that someone else would be by with a camera to double check that the clog was cleared. No one called us to say when the camera guy would be by, he just showed up the next morning. When he showed up, he told us that he wasn't there to just check the drain but that we had a major issue with our sewer lines. No one told us this the day before or even alluded to such a major issue. They told us that they would work with insurance to get things covered but would need to start some work that day. They didn't give us time to clear our stuff out, so since they were jack hammering the majority of the floors, our things are now covered in dust. Once work started, the communication diminished. They told us that it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs. The workers were starting on a Wednesday. They informed us that no one would be there Friday and the workers would be back Saturday. No one showed up on Saturday. Monday morning rolls around and no one shows up. We had to call the office to find out what was even going on. After that occurred, the communication improved. Once the work was complete, they refused to wait for the insurance to provide payment. They wouldn't share pictures or a breakdown of the invoice until everything was paid. The pictures didn't even include any of where the alleged cracked pipes were. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them for major plumbing repairs.
