We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jared was referred to me by a friend and was willing to drive out to yucaipa to fix my sink. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen sink very fast. It’s been about 6 months and still no issues. I thought that was cool that Jared also told me a few things that will help prevent those problems in the future. He also knew right away what was wrong with our clogged bathtub before even looking at it. I would definitely recommend them!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. I told the man I hope I don’t have a bad experience with you. He was very polite. His name is Sammy. He did a fantastic job not only did he go way above the call of duty it was fixed, and I give him a thumbs up.

Thomas came out and repaired the toilet water inlet line. He replaced the original plastic parts witty quality metal parts and came when I explained it was kind of an emergency. That was the best thing is that they were able to get it done fast. Yea I would use them again and recommend to any one.The second time I needed them Lupe cam out. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They’re quick to respond and do an excellent job. 5 stars out of 5Third time, Bill came out and replaced another leaky faucet. And on the same day! I trusted him to do it without me being there. These guys are great!

I had a clog in my mainline and had Mr. router come out charge me $250 to clear it told me that along with the clearing somebody would come out put a camera down my way in line and check for cracks or any damage, that never happened I was never even given a copy of my invoice. This is the kind of service I would expect from a mom and pop place but not a corporate professional place like this I’m very unsatisfied and feel like I overpaid. Don’t use these guys
