When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Casey was very informative and stayed in communication the whole time as my appointment was scheduled. I ended up having to call him and tell him that I was cancelling for unseen circumstances.Casey was very understand understanding even though has 5 minutes away from my house. If you're going to schedule an appointment, I would definitely ask for Casey.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

The technician from Blue plumbers arrived promptly at my house this morning. I was relieved to see him on time as I had a busy day ahead. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself professionally. I was impressed with his punctuality and courteous manner. It made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for the job.

Tonight Ted finished up our house.Its been a long 2 weeks .Especially for him..He has been so dedicated and determined to do it all correctly..We so appreciate him.. I experienced a slow draining plumbing situation, and experience indicated a full septic tank. Of course, this always happens close to a weekend! I called a few services, and Priority Pumping had a quick service opening for next day. Keith H. came out and diagnosed a full septic tank with a grease plug at the inlet. He pumped, drain-cleaned and quoted me for repairs. The whole experience was pleasant and, dare I say, fun! I have been in the business for ten years, and have used many septic companies in the past. I received some marketing material from Sunset Septic, and decided to price them against my current venders. Not only was their pricing more competitive, but they completed the job next day! I was very happy, and would recommend them to anyone!

Late Saturday afternoon... sound of water gushing from the laundry room led to considerable mop-up, then to a number of phone calls. Not an especially good time to have a drain clog... I left a few messages on after-hours VM's and received a call back from Dan. He was very understanding of our situation and was honest about the scheduling, we had a service tech at our house shortly after 7AM the next morning. We also received a call to let us know the tech was on his way. Our service tech Parker, was a great representation of the company... he was polite, efficient, and had us back online in less than an hour.
