After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. Super friendly and efficient. When I called the office with questions the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Deptic Technologies for septic work!

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00. He said no clean out line, no service. I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his sh__ __!

I was very impressed with the customer service for Bumble Bee Plumbing. Everyone from scheduling to dispatch were super nice. The plumber (Richard) who came to the house was friendly, quick and professional. Instead of trying to push me for a whole new water heater, he recommended replacing the shot heating element and said I could get a few more years out of my current heater. Honesty goes a long way towards loyalty with me. I will definitely be using BB for any future big plumbing projects.I ended up using BB for a new toilet installation after I originally posted this review. Again, the service was excellent and the plumber (Bill) was very professional and efficient. I am strongly considering their Membership Plan, which seems like a no-brainer.

I needed a full replacement of a seepage pit, and supply, resource, and permitting issues all provided the challenges, but the Priority Pumping team kept me informed throughout the process. I used Mr Rooter in Colorado Springs before moving to Arizona for 19 years.So of course I use them here and from the nice lady that set my appointment on the phone to meeting Luis who did our work we were thrilled.He was here from first thing in the morning till the end of the day making sure everything was installed properly and he was polite and clean and efficient and did a great job.I would recommend them to anyone.

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!
