I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. I am so glad my neighbors all referred me to Paradise Septic!

Very, very pleased with the quick, friendly and competent service to clear two sewer blockages in our home. We were given the $59 special price as new customers which included free camera inspection. Joel and Devon were fine with me watching and explained the whole process, snaking from the roof. They also gave us a break on the price for roof access clearing. Their service exceeded that of two previous plumbing services that we'd used 12 months and 2 months previous. Neither had cleared from the roof and neither had done a camera video.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Belsito Plumbing. I had just bought my first home and made a big mistake and they were the only company in the valley that went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for the not only the individuals that own this company but the individuals that work here. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and profession. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They have been twice in 2 months, for neighbors issues. We own our home and the access pipe is in our property. Instead of taking hoses directly to the pipe, they trample everything in the yard. They used our hose and water after being told not to as it's not our issue. They also left the water on for 3 hours until we returned home. They poured acid all over our yard knowing that's not safe and there are children here. They also claimed to park that they pumped entire tank 2 months ago and it somehow was full now. Septic has never been pumped that often. They obviously cheat customers as well. When complaints to manager have been filed they said they will do as they please whenever they want. Sorry but no they cannot. They need to read t by the laws pertaining to access to properties. Vandalizing and theft are not allowed to business owners. Do not use this company!

I was concerned my septic tank was near to overflowing. We had never had it pumped out over the 15 years we have had it. I kept putting it off because I thought it would be at least $1000. When I called Septic Technologies, I spoke to Gina. She was awesome. I didn't know how awesome she was until the tech came out. I told her what my concern was (hearing noises in the shower drain when flushing the toilet), she said it was probably time to have my tank pumped (google said that also) and that the filter might be broken. She said it's very rare to have a new tank go without pumping for over 10 years so it was important to not put this off. While making it clear that the cost could not be guaranteed until the tech actually looked at it, based on what I told her, the age of the system, the fact it had never been pumped, it would need to be pumped and have the filter replaced and it would cost me approximately $700. She broke the cost down for me - so much per hour, so much per gallon, filter cost, etc. and, if I paid by credit card what the fee would be.

Of course, the next day, the pipes stopped gurgling and I wondered if I couldn't put this off for a couple more weeks but I decided to trust Gina's worries that the tank could overflow at any moment.

Gilberto was the tech who came out. As for his work, he found the covers, cleared the dirt covering them (and put it back the way it was when he left). When he opened the cover, I could see the stuff? had actually covered part of the filter and was higher in the tank than it should be. Gilberto pumped the tank, cleaned and checked the filter. He said it didn't need to be replaced yet and that would save us $100. He checked the tank and said it was in good condition (no cracks, etc.). He wrote a detailed invoice of his work and suggestions. He suggested we have the tank pumped again in 3-5 years based on our situation and gave us a box of treatment packs but told us Rid-X was fine to use (that's what I had been using and I had a full bottle).

Gina was spot on. She was right in urging me to have this done as soon as possible. She was right about what the problem was. She was exactly right on the cost - experience can not be overstated here. Gina was polite, professional, friendly, experienced, patient and clear in her explanations and in answering my questions. (Turns out she is actually the owner's wife.)

Gilberto was friendly, professional, quick but thorough. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. He did the work that was needed and didn't do what wasn't needed. When I told him I was very pleased and I was glad I hadn't even bothered to look further than google reviews, he told me how much he enjoyed working for his company because they were honest and fair with their customers and their employees. He said he felt valued by them.

I will continue doing business with this company and I will recommend them (and recommend people don't wait to pump their tanks) every chance I get. I trust them completely.

I am profusely impressed with the timeliness, quality, friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism of Bumble Bee Plumbing. My leak happened on a Sunday, but even so, a real person answered the phone and was friendly, efficient and able to get a technician out to my home within an hour or so. The issue was not fixable same day, however the very next day Jesus and Chance came out right on time. They were done testing AND REPAIRING the broken pipe in less than 3 hours(!). I am so impressed... It was just over $1k but there was no awkward sales pitch and zero sense of ulterior motives. You do not hear about this type of service these days and I wondered why they had so many 5 star reviews. I did get a few other quotes but I don't know how these other companies can compete with this level of service. I am so glad I called!

Our Septic holding tank was full and backing up in our drains. I called and got someone out that to pump it for us. They ran water in to the holding and pumped that out also. Talked to them about our problem and the workers understood what possibly needed to be done to fix it. Before they left they had set up an appt. for some one to come and look at our system and get a quote to fix it.
