Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

Gerald of Reddi Services Peoria came out to fix a dripping bathroom faucet. He was a real treat, employing his dry sense of humor as adroitly as his plumbing tools, he had us entertained while he replaced the faulty cartridges and was done before we knew it! Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I had sewage coming up through my shower and tubs. I left phone messages with other companies and got voicemails. None of them have bothered to call me back. These people whom I got live on the phone made an appointment the same day at noon. Showed up at 11:55 prompt. Very kind and considerate with any questions I had. I will be giving them a call again in three years. I only hope the lord is good to them and have many years of business.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Everyone at Coopers has always been really good to us and professional. Yesterday Justin was very patient and thorough even though it took him several tries to get the line unblocked. He kept at it and was pleasant the whole time. When he camera-ed the line and found the obstruction, it was his idea and his diligence to get past that first one to see if there were any more. There was a second obstruction and we would not have known without him looking farther down the line. We thank him very much for the time he spent here and we will be requesting him by name if we need help in the future!

I experienced a slow draining plumbing situation, and experience indicated a full septic tank. Of course, this always happens close to a weekend! I called a few services, and Priority Pumping had a quick service opening for next day. Keith H. came out and diagnosed a full septic tank with a grease plug at the inlet. He pumped, drain-cleaned and quoted me for repairs. The whole experience was pleasant and, dare I say, fun! I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
