Had another company pump out my septic the day before Az Septic came out. The baffle and main pipe comming to the tank was somehow broken off. The other company game me a minimum quote for repairs at over twice the cost of Az Septic with a 3-5 day repair at 180.00 an hour and other charges that I didn't understand. I called Az Septic for a second opinion and they quoted me less than half of the other company with no additional charges and did it in about two hours. I would highly recommend this company and will let all my neighbors know.

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

Unfortunately, these days I expect lousy customer service and no communication from businesses.

Anthony's was the opposite. They were responsive, courteous and professional. The tech that came out (on time! what??) was friendly and knowledgeable.

After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! They squeezed us into their schedule the day I called to help us with our septic problems and stayed until late into the night to get the job done. They were even able to unclog our pipes that the plumbing crew couldn't do. We are happy with the service we received and highly recommend Cave Creek Septic.

So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. Oh, and they are all very courteous an professional too!

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

What an experience, my house was flooded on a Tuesday night. My knowledge was so minimum with my system, after trying to figure it out through the night I figured that my septic was full ?.

I called Ajax the next day and within a couple of hours Sean was able to help me. Now I know that my system has to be checked every other year. ?

We used Belsito when we sold our house last month for the septic pump/inspection. They were able to schedule us quickly, which was great because we had a two week closing. Unfortunately, they found an issue which they needed to repair. They were again able to schedule us in a timely manner. The guys they sent out - Robby, Dakota, and John - were great guys to work with in what was a stressful situation. They identified and explained the issues and were able to figure out and make the necessary repairs. Really nice guys who really care about the customer and doing a good job. Also, despite the mess of digging a giant hole in our front yard and all the equipment and associated materials, they left it immaculate. I would recommend them!

Chris G and Matt M have helped us out with assorted plumbing needs over the last year as we remodeled our house and we couldn't be happier with their service! Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
