I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. We needed to have our faucet replaced and called because we had a leak. We went to a store to pick out a new replacement after finding out the service call was roughly 29.00. When the plumber arrived he informed us the installation would be roughly 390.00. i was quite upset knowing that many other plumbers charged roughly 150.00 to replace a faucet in Pebble Creek. Because we needed it done soon we had the installation done for 250.00 after mentioning our displeasure at the 390.00 quote. I will not recommend your company to anyone in Pebble Creek.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cave Creek Septic Service!!! We had a major problem with our septic system just two weeks after moving into the house we recently purchased and are so thankful we found Ed and his crew. They are extremely thorough and take the time to answer questions, provided details, and even draw pictures to assist in understanding. We appreciate their honesty, quality of work, and exceptional business practices.

I contacted Hero after seeing recommendations on my local Next Door site. I was having toilet flush/refill issues and had a leaky outdoor faucet. The crew of Alex and Brian were able to make the service call the same day. They performed a quick inspection and showed me a couple of other potential trouble spots (corrosion.) Alex recommended a new toilet---and I'm so glad that he did as I was able to get a taller one with dual flush. Brian and Alex were quick, tidy, wore masks, and explained everything thoroughly.
Follow-up. I continued to have some problems with the new toilet refilling. Turns out the flush valve, included with the toilet was defective. Brian came by to install a new one---again, polite, tidy, and efficient.
I was pleased with the customer service of Hero Home Services and would definitely recommend and/or use again.

My AC was leaking pretty bad. Used my Home Warranty first. The tech came over on two different days and the problem still wasn't fixed. The tech they sent didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Reddi Services was recommended by a friend. Gave them a call. They came on a SUNDAY which really surprised me! No extra charge! Chris G., the tech they sent over knew exactly what the problem was. He was in and out in less than an hour and showed us what he did. Turned out it was a clogged condensation pipe. He was also very friendly and courteous! AC is working beautifully! Was expecting to pay a small fortune for the work but was a LOT less than I expected! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Reddi Services! I will DEFINITELY recommend you to anyone who has a plumbing or AC problem! Nice to know there is still good and courteous customer service!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Have used Cooper's for many years, finally had it with them! They need to get with the times, as they only accept and sent out faxes & get irritated when the faxes get cut off. Receptionist is very short and rude and acts like your an inconvenience every time you call with a question. Check your invoice for double charges on locating the septic clean outs, this can be avoided by checking with county(which they should do anyway)but they'll tell you they didn't.

Amazing service. Only contractor I have ever had who went out of his way to save me money. Great customer service and turnaround time.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I feel like he has taught me everything I know about septic systems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

Their plumbers are extremely knowledgable, punctual, patient (my husband asks A LOT of questions) & honest. Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
