Had a schedule quickly after I called, then they were available earlier and called for approval. Very friendly and professional, quickly solved our problem and took care of another small problem we had. Plus they made a suggestion for an upgrade on our water heater system which we didn't take advantage of, but there were no sales tactics, just informational. Extremely pleased.

The guys at Phoenix Air Department are the best. I’ve had them service both my home and business on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, service technicians are polite and super friendly. Install and repairs have always been completed when promised, correctly, and have never been billed more than agreed to. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..
