Ivan the technician was amazing. He was knowledgeable and honest.He troubleshoot my AC unit and found that I did not need a new compressor which saved me $2500.We need more honest people like Ivan.

So disappointed. Had $$12,000 air conditioning system installed within year. It is not holding temperature. Gabe is ignoring us. I would never use him again.

Skylar and his trainee were very professional, friendly, and curtius. They're were here on time. They even called to let me know where they were and that they were on their way. They explained things to me, gave me quotes and were not pushy at all.

They absolutely go out of their way to provide a top quality installation. I had a complete new system including replacement of the duct work, Chris & Todd made several trips to the job site to provide me with the best possible installation even in a very difficult situation with the perverbial really bad remodeling General Contractor.

From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!

My A/C unit was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the summer heat and something seemed off. I had Green ID come in and do an energy audit which revealed poor insulation in my roof and leaky duct work attached to my A/C unit. They came back a couple of weeks later and replaced all the duct work and added spray-in insulation and the difference is night and day. Where my A/C wouldn't be able to cool the house to a temperature of less than 84 degrees in the middle of the day to comfortably holding at 79 all day long. Very glad I contacted them.
