I researched replacing our HVAC systems (upper and lower floor) for weeks. Eric Johnson at Scottsdale Air was not only the most knowledgeable sales person out of four different companies, but the most patient with my many questions. He helped me work through the decision process, even responding while on vacation. Ultimately, Eric gained my trust, gave me a great deal and we decided to move forward, selecting the Trane variable speed systems for both floors.

On installation day, the team showed up promptly, covered and protected all of the work areas and spent the day working into early evening to insure everything was working perfectly.

Since then, the word I would use to describe how we feel about our new HVAC systems and Scottsdale Air is 'delighted.' These systems are super quiet (compared to the old Goodman systems we had before) to the point where sometimes I have to look at the digital controls to even see that they are running. Further, we have noticed a much more 'even' feel to the temperatures in our home, not cycling between cool and warm but just staying consistently where it's set.

I can't say enough positive about Eric Johnson, the installation team and Scottsdale Air overall. Do not hesitate to let them repair or replace your HVAC. I'd give them six stars if I could!

The A/C air handler that was in our home filled up with condensation and our ceiling fell through. After paying to fix the ceiling we called Reeis to install a brand new setup (condenser and air handler) as well as add insulation to the whole attic. Shortly after install, the brand new air handler filled up with condensation and leaked on our new insulation and new ceiling. The air handler was fixed and the team went up to ensure there was no mold.During the winter, the new unit makes a banging noise. After two winters, a tech was finally able to find the cause in the third winter. Reeis was able to send out a tech to secure the lines and reduce the knocking so it is barely audible now.After being in the attic figuring out the cause of the knocking, the tech told me that there were spots in the attic that didn’t have much insulation. Reeis sent out a team to fill in any spot that needed.I can trust that Reeis stands behind their work. I would recommend this business to others.

Chad was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous. He performed my yearly maintenance routine and everything checked out okay and is working properly. Purchased my unit in 2017 and I'm reaping the savings. I used to pay almost $300 for one household in the summer months and my June bill is projected to be $150 this month.Invest in a new unit it's worth the savings!!! I have a 4 ton 15 seer that covers 1486 square feet home.

We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

We had several leaks at the bathroom 2 plumbing. Their response time, knowledge, understanding, and professionalism was extremely appreciative. I heard about Howard Air a couple years prior to needing a new unit from others that had great experience. My unit is now two years old and I just had my last of four scheduled maintenance included in my purchase. I’ve had the best experience these past two years than I had in my previous eight years with another company. I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.
