Customer service is excellent! Jason S. was not only a great salesperson, but you can tell his passion is vested in the company as his gollow through went above and beyond the initial meet and greet diagnosis. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved by the end of the installation. Eric and his colleague were very professional in their demeanor and knowledge of their work. They were also very tidy in their installation techniques leaving minimal to no debris behind after 8hrs of install. Overall, extremely happy thus far, but the true test lies within the coming months and/or with a big rain ?

Chris came to service My AC unit today....did a tun if maintenance and did a fair honest job. Didn't try to upsell mein anything. Thx Chris for coming same day to sevuce our unit.

Hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced in the middle of the night. Parker and Sons were the only ones that made themselves available, I called ten companies. Job was done professionally and efficiently.

I love this company! Everyone is so professional and nice! They installed my reverse osmosis a couple of years ago and they remind us yearly when the filters need to be replaced. We had checked into the cost of changing out the filters ourselves and it is more cost effective to just have this done by them. Highly recommend them!

KJ's Cooling and Heating came as a recommendation. When our AC went out, I contacted Brett and he had his staff send out Treno the next morning. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. I found them to be trustworthy, respectful and very professional as they were with my neighbors a couple months ago.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
