Best Tankless Water Heating System in Phoenix AZ

A/C system installed 4 years ago by Day and Night and have spent over $1000 in last 2 years on low freon.Very disappointed with Goodman unit.I will not recommend Day & Night to neighbors on Nextdoor neighbor.We are snowbirds and set temperature at 85 degrees May to October.VIP customers.Last A/c unit lasted 19 years with no repairs.

Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. The team were experts in performing the highest quality service given the challenges. They went above and beyond ensuring my smart thermostat was properly installed, replaced air filters with higher quality filters, and provided me with great preventative maintenance advice. Lincoln Air provides great products and service. They removed my ancient A/C systems from two buildings on the property, including old air handlers, duct work and even a hefty water heater from the attic that appears to have been there since the house was built over 100 years ago. They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits throughout, and have effectively maintained them. When we discovered an installation leak (mistakes happen), they owned up to it and did the repair on their nickel. So... good products, good service, good warranty. I'm a happy camper and they the man!

Derek was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. He was quick to respond, figured out the problem and got it fixed. Best HVAC person I've used so far. I wish I had him for my projects previously.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!
