I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. My apartment complex uses this company for their annual maintenance. They need to stop. One the broke a water line in my unit, didn't tell anyone, no call was made to me, it took the calling maintenance to find the water shut off valve . There was an inch of rusted standing water in my apartment. The caused over a thousand dollars of damage to my personal belongings. They left my home unlocked, the put wet shoes on the front lawn like I was coming home to a bad break up video which resulted in some of my stuff being taken. They haven't even tried to come back tand fix the back and fix the unit. This was March 1st, 2023. I still have no ac and no heat. When I asked them what had happened, they lied to my face and told me it was the ac compressor. But our complex is on a chiller system so they have control of when the ac and heat are switch and they had not yet switched the ac on. Not to mention they left the mess for me to clean up. They left their drinks in my apartment like I'm their momma cleaning up after them. A couple days later they attempted to make it right but really it was a slap in my face with a 200.00 gift card and a note apologizing for the incident that happened while they were there. I filed a complaint with the company, nothin, apartment complex nothing. Do not hire these people for anything no true accountability and no true professionalism.
