After he was done with the maintenance service, he went over everything with my husband of what all he did in very clear and concise terminology. Any questions we had, he answered. He was a pleasure!I, also, wanted to give a kudos to Ann Marie, in customer service, who called to arrange our plumbing maintenance appt. Ann Marie has a pleasant and kind voice. She was very helpful in arranging the appt for us when we couldn’t have them come out today. She got us set up, repeated the appt information and sent a follow up appointment text. Quickly responsive, costumer service was great!

Juan did an excellent job on my AC. There was a short in the breaker which was causing the unit to not to work. He repaired that, and I went ahead and had him do a complete tune-up since we were getting into the summer months. He was thorough and detailed even sending pictures of all the work (before and after) that he had done which we didn't ask him for. I would highly recommend Benefit Air to anyone who needs their AC fixed.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today. He gave me a personal tour of the warehouse and little bit of how things are ran on a daily basis but the most amazing thing about Dave is he’s a man of faith and a very talented photographer. I’m pretty sure the filters are great but not as good as the man I met today. Thanks Mr. Dave for your encouraging words,Wisdom and advice. I’m forever grateful.
