We purchased a new fan for 500.00. Unfortunately it's motor would not work. Fan Doc had us change out the motor controller first. That did not resolve the issue. We were instructed to bring the motor into the store on the 3rd visit. The fan is now working well after installing the replacement motor. Sigh.
