Best Safe Technician in Phoenix AZ

I have a maintenance contract with Penguin so called them out to troubleshoot a heating issue in my condo. The first comment from the technician was that the unit was dirty. Funny that. Penguin had only recently did an extensive cleaning on the unit. The technician then noticed burned wires to the heating unit. His only explanation for this is that the unit is old so the heat strips would need to be replaced. $600 for new heat strips and $400 for wiring repair. At this point I was pressured to purchase a new complete HVAC system rather than waist $1000 on an older system. I thanked him for his quotes and got someone else to address the problem. $100 later the wires are repaired and the unit is working fine. This is not the first time Penguin has tried to pressure me into buying unnecessary utilities. I was told that I needed a new water heater about a year ago and it is still working just fine. This company has definitely changed it's business model since I first started doing business with them. I was very pleased with them originally but no longer. I will be ending my maintenance contract with them.

Hobiaca maintains my 2 AC units twice a year. I pay a small amount each month to avoid that larger maintenance fee all at once. I’ve used several other AC services over the last 14 years and they do not compare to Hobiaca. The technicians are always informative, professional and punctual. I highly recommend their services.

We had the good fortune of getting Kevin Oropeza to repair the wires on our new system after a significant rainfall shorted out the system. We noticed the system wasn't running and did a quick check to see that no power was even getting to the thermostat which lead us to call on a Sunday morning. by 11:15 AM, Kevin had fixed the problem, showed us photographs of the issue, and made sure to add a preventative measure to his repair so that future rainfalls wouldn't compromise the system again. We are extremely grateful for Kevin's quick response and excellent customer service and hope he's around if this ever happens in the summer!

Your technician, Luis G.was outstanding. He was on time and very knowledgeable about my ac.Since I am a widow, he took time to carefully explain what he was doing and why. He also took the time to patiently answer all my questions. You should be proud he represents Parker & Sons.

The company website lists multiple states that they do business in, but when I called the only 2 numbers on the website, I was rudely informed that they do no do business outside of Arizona.
