Best Safe Technician in Phoenix AZ

This company is worth all the good praises they have gotten. Our house was in a really dire situation. Due to a short circuit and some of the wires getting burnt our electricity was cut, and it was a mess. Then we contacted this company and they responded right away. Their way of work was excellent, and they were very friendly. They not only solved the problem but also explained the process to us. They kept the price reasonable and did a clean-up job afterward. I absolutely recommend them.

I've never heard of this company but... I saw the whole caravan near my street and I wanted to say: I'm so sorry for your loss may God be with you guys and your family.

They are very responsive and took care of the repairs, fast and accurately, I have to give them that. Their prices are high compared to other companies, the only reason I used them is because they are highly responsive. I bought a $10.00 a month plan where you can get discounts on service and parts but I was not aware that if you were to cancel at any time...you are definitely going to pay for the discounts back!! So after cancelling the program I had to pay for all the previous diacounts I had gotten. Just be aware of that! That was not clearly explained to me of course...so just be careful...nothing is free..at least not in this case.My name is Yuma Rivera.. I am sure you can find me in your data base. And when they offered the plan I had asked if there was a catch...to what the lady on the phone stated NO ..no catch whatsoever. If you really wanted to offer exceptional customer service you would make a mention of that. At least I know I would. Either way it is done and like I said..their services were fine...cost a bit too high..very responsive and on time...but definitely need to be a bit more honest about what you offer.I am just writing about my experience and I am sure others have other experiences.

I called the night before due to my shower needing a new cartridge installed. Service was out first thing the next morning, Ian was extremely helpful and efficient - excellent first time experience, thank you!!
