My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

So glad I stumbled across this business. Great, friendly service and super time efficient. The technician and owner, Jimmy, came at almost midnight and promptly fixed my air conditioning unit. Huge life saver. Thanks again!

Howard Air fixed my ac today, the same day I called!! The technician was actually early and was very courteous. Forget those 'big' name companies that advertise on tv. The best service they could offer was 3 weeks or more in the future. Would definitely call Howard Air first for any other service needed on my mechanical systems.

Our technician Trevor was awesome! He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain all options - costs - and rational prior to me making any decisions. I had previously used another company and I felt like they were working on commission and only wanted to up-sell me. By having all the information I feel I made sound decisions and feel totally satisfied with the service provided. I love using a local company that delivers. ALSO, this was a last minute call and we were looking at additional costs for an after hours call. It ends up Trevor finished a call early and I did not have to pay for after hour calls. Great customer service .... thank you!

ACA responded to my call the same day. The next day the salesman visited and the new unit was ordered. The market is tight but ACA came through!

I called and got same day service. Unheard of in Arizona. They even had a optional time slot of 4p-7p! Ashton was our service technician. Super knowledgeable, very friendly, courteous beyond belief. Shared about his life and own military experience and made us very comfortable. Our dogs were very comfortable with him as well. He did an amazing job. He even showed us the parts of our system that had failed using a side by side view of what it should look like in proper operation. We had such a great experience we decided to do the maintenance plan. $10 a month with twice a year check ups..... What!? HECK YES! JUST THRILLED ♥️Thankful and grateful
